Movie Man Darian Watching All Night Long

White House Down
This film was way better then I thought it would be . It had explosions around every corner .some dry humour and great chemistry between Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum . What's not to like?

While on a tour of the White House with his daughter a policeman springs into action to save his child and protect the President from a violent group of invaders .

Rated PG - 13 : prolonged sequences of action and violence throughout and some language .

Channing Tatum : his performance reminded me so much of Bruce Willis in Die Hard  . It was brilliant well acted and full of intensity. I wouldn't mark this film as award worthy but people should take into account he's more then a pretty face he can act brilliantly . With his acting abilities. Overall loved his performance . He is a great action hero.

Jamie Foxx : he brought such great emotion to his character . Because Jamie Foxx isn't used to playing the sidekick he's always the main star but in this film he made it look effortless . Great job. Jamie&Tatum together made a great duo .


Roland Emmerich : one of the best directors of the 90's returned to his thrown. He directed the masterpiece Independence Day and then last year gave us White House down . The directing on the film was great he was brilliant to have Jamie Foxx and Tatum share the screen together . And how he contained the action and kept the story moving also was great.

The lighting : was your average blockbuster action bright and fast . Good job!

The cinematography:  they did a great job with all the angles for the intro of the film I just loved how they showed you all over Washington DC.

The Score : the music for this film was brilliant it was fast paced and at moments just quiet . Overall loved it.
