The Hurricane
Denzel Washington was phenomenal as portraying Rubin Carter ! This film made me cry and cheer this film is a triumph I give this film high recommendations .

Rated R: brief violence & language

This tells the story of boxer Rubin Carter a man who is accused of a murder he didn't commit and is sent to jail . He goes through a hard time but keeps his spirit strong even when they try to break it.

Denzel Washington : Gave one of the most empowering performances I have ever seen ! He looked just like Rubin Carter he was so convincing in this role and made it believable . Denzel put his sweat and blood into this role . The emotion he gives is unbelievable . The speeches he gives the way he looks in jail is heartbreaking . He gets you wrapped up into every single second of this performance from his acting .    He deserved to win the Oscar for this uplifting performance .

Vicellous Reon Shannon: Gave such a rich and heartwarming performance. This performance was so well acted and emotional I loved every minute of it . Oscar worthy at the best .

Norman Jewison : his directing was superb . The way he got the performances out of his actors . And to get them to push themselves harder to make this performances  believable and on the point of perfection  was amazing .  Down to the costumes , the sets and music . I never have heard of this director before seeing this film but after watching it I would watch some of his other films. This film was Oscar worthy
 
The lighting : was great made the film feel like a true period piece great job!

The cinematography : was good  nothing eye poping . Great job though guys.

The Score  : it was very emotional and quiet I loved it Christopher young made a excellent score . But Bob Dylan wrote a song the Hurricane  which I recommended to everyone to listen to .
