Bad boys movie review

The movie was brilliant as it had comedy, action and a very grounded plot.
The chemistry with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence was hilarious.  There wasn't a moment when I was watching them that I wasn't laughing.  I loved it start to finish!

The audience is 15 and older, for strong perverse language and some graphic violence.

Marcus Burnett, a family man, and Mike Lowry, a smooth talking ladies' man, both are Miami policemen.  They have to find a huge amount of drugs in 72 hours - just another average day for the city's bad boys.

Will smith had a great performance.  Hilarious as always in an action film.
Oh you guys are in for a treat.  He plays the kinda relaxed, chilled cop that doesn't take anything really seriously.  If you are a fan of Will's this is the film for you.

Martin Lawrence had a great performance as the straight man but I have to say this is only where the straight cop also gets great comedic lines. I loved his performance him and Will are a perfect match.

This film you couldn't predict just like any other action film.  It reminded me of a Lethal Weapon, 1987 and Die Hard, 1988 kinda film.  It was packed with action and comedy.

Howard Atherton's cinematography was great in one of the last action sequence.  When they have the action sequence with Will Smith and the villain it was so good it got the adrenaline pumping in you.  Great job!!
The directing by Michael Bay was no surprise  - I knew it was going to be
good.   He's done some other great work such as the Transformers Trilogy,
2007-2012.  His directing was great.

The music in the film was using the top hip hop R&B music. I would definitely buy this soundtrack.
