John Wick : Chapter 3 - Parabellum 

John Wick Chapter 3 is badass! This is an adrenaline rush from beginning to end with top notch action sequences that will leave you satisfied and amazed. The choreography done with the action sequences and how their executed is freaking brilliant as the look and flow like a dance and seen so natural and really looks gritty and realistic onscreen. The film brings great energy to the screen from the action to the compelling characters woven and presented through the film. 

First off, This film gives you what you want a action packed film filled to the rim of nonstop action and great character moments with a terrific cast and a badass central performance from Keanu Reeves. What’s so fantastic about the premise I found was how straightforward it was it doesn’t over complicate it when it doesn’t have to it gives a simple structure and really builds off of that and it does it greatly. It’s able to also really keep expanding as well on the universe it’s built and does it in such a smartly done way and keeps you engaged all the way until the end. 

Secondly, This film is brutal with its action its definitely not for kids but it’s action I know I’ve mentioned a lot already but I haven’t seen a action film do it so well done in a long time and it deserves the recognition it’s sequences are breathtaking and always seem to top the last and it’s done in a way that’s well placed and earned as yes it’s full of action but it paced itself and knows when to give the film a breather for more character moments and that’s also another major strength its ability to be self aware of when to shift in the tones throughout the film and it’s done so very well. 

Lastly, John Wick Chapter 3 is a action packed blockbuster that will leave you satisfied and amazed by the great action sequences at hand but also the fantastic and compelling narrative that pushes the franchise into new territory an overall great film I recommend people check out.

This film picks up where the last one left off John Wick is wanted by every assassin on every corner of the earth and has a 14 million dollar bounty on his head

Keanu Reeves : Reeves gives a badass performance that shows he is one of Hollywood’s modern day action hero legends. He’s shown amazing work from the Matrix, Point Break and Speed adding this franchise with his great list of action spectacular franchise’s. He contributes so much by saying so little as his character says so little but is able to be so emotive by his facial expressions and be so emotive in that sense in amazing ways. He’s able to show great depth to his performance by bringing so much to the screen by his psychical emotion brought to the screen which makes the action not feel unnecessary violence but theirs reasoning behind it Keanu brings great layers of emotion that he’s able to bring with great raw strength to the performance he really relishes in the role and brings great action here status to the screen in amazing amounts of energy to the screen while giving a truly entertaining and committed performance! He can be so charming and quiet the one second and then just lash out in passionate violence the next Keanu really plays with very various different sides of himself and the character and exploring territory of the character he had yet and bring it to the surface. Keanu overall gives another great turn as the Assassin John Wick with great style and amazing energy brought to his performance. 

Chad Stahelski : Chad brings great direction here! Chad proves for the third time how capable he’s able to do the action genre with these John Wick films. He’s been able to create such a wide universe and really build upon it and engage the audience within it while also compiling great amounts of action that are unlike anything I’ve seen in a very long time the fight choreography is so well done it has a certain beat and flow to it that is so smooth and so well presented onscreen that is is so raw brutal and fast and it’s always finding ways to be able to top the last sequence one after the other and it does and it is done in a way that never feels over the top or unrealistic it’s able to bring the stakes to a whole new level while keeping it grounded in reality and also bringing a very intriguing narrative to play onscreen as well. The film is very much more action and not much dialogue which is fine as long as the structure of the narrative can hold itself up which it does incredibly well due to the strong writing and solid direction brought to the film. As the film does also have great character moments in the film and great smaller moments to really enjoy the characters and really build upon their character arcs and it leaves you on the edge of your seat. What Chad does here was crank the action up and really blow people away and show them that he can bring The franchise to new places and do it in a way that is still what people fell in love with, with the first two and really capture a pulse pounding action spectacular that will show you with great action and fantastic character moments sprinkled through the film and he really does a bang up job at giving a damn entertaining action thrill ride that is very much enjoyed due to the great work contributed to the film.
