Forrest Gump
This film was spectacular ! The brilliant directing by Robert Zemeckis & genius performance by Tom Hanks . The setting is great it fits the film perfectly . The intriguing plot and remarkable music all of it fell into place . This film is a masterpiece and is one of the best films of cinematic history!

This tells the story of a man named Forrest Gump and he tells us the story of his remarkable story.

Rated PG : Some sexual content some war violence & Language

Tom Hanks : He delivered one of the most memorable performance in film history! With his convincing accent to the sparkling dialogue Hanks gave us a powerhouse performance. The way he spoke and delivered his lines were great he made his character just come to life he didn't play the part he lived the part which made a better realistic performance . This earned Hanks his second Oscar for best actor back to back in 1993 he won for best actor for Philadelphia then in 1994 he won for best actor for Forrest Gump . He is one of the few actors to win back to back. The transformation Hanks goes under to become Gump is wonderful because when you watch him you can clearly see its Hanks but the voice doesn't even sound like him which is what I loved . He became so evolved in this character that he was unrecognizable to the audience . One of the best performances I have ever seen onscreen Great job Hanks!

Gary Sinise : His performance as  lieutenant Dan was so powerful! Just like Hanks he became this character . He plays a war veteran and makes it look so convincing . You can see in his eyes and dialogue the pain and suffering he is going through . The screen time he shared with Hanks was great because their two really good performances feeding off each other so the acting just comes alive when their in a scene together . Great job !

Robin Wright : Very convincing portraying Jenny ! Her character was so complex in the story the revel what Jenny goes through but in the back of your mind your thinking what will she turn out to be ? And they casted a great actress to portray that part. She put real emotion into the character and made the role come alive and seem so real and realistic she definitely got snubbed at the Oscars for best actress. Great performance I loved it!

Robert Zemeckis : One of the best directed films I have ever seen ! The way Robert got the story to flow naturally he got you interested in this great story with this compelling characters . He shot the film at some of the most gorgeous locations it just made the film more alive . He got the greatest performances out of his actors which was wonderful . Overall his directed a masterpiece wonderful job !

The Lighting : It had a modern feel to the story since it's a drama that's what you would expect . Some of the lighting like when Gump is on his boat it was very bright but not to bright so it had this wonderful feel to the picture I loved it!

The Cineamtography : It was so beautiful ! The shots when Gump is running across the country were some of the best shots I have seen in a long time it was amazing . Great Job!

The Score : Alan created a groundbreaking score for this wonderful picture ! He made it feel very calm and relaxed . But when some of the more serious scenes should the place it would be very quiet or louder which was great I loved the music he incorporated into this film.
