This film was hilarious easily the best comedy of 2014!!!
The comedic timing between Seth and Efron was great the film just felt like a great frat/ comedy/ drama . The acting by Efron was amazing great performance . Overall loved it laughed from start to finish .  Highest recommendations !

Mac & Kelly have new Neighbors move next to them . Turning out to be used as a Frat House . Mac & Kelly go to the extreme to stop them from being so obnoxious and loud .But that doesn't mean the Delta House isn't going to defend itself

Seth Rogan : His performance was so funny I couldn't stop laughing ! Seth brought again another hilarious performance to this role and made it his own . When I watch him I just don't know what he will say or do next .Which makes me more wrapped up into his performance's . His comedic timing and lines are brilliant . What he brought to this role as him playing as a father was just funny because he's trying to be serious and that's when the comedy came across best. Loved the performance !

Rose Byrne : I have never seen her materiel until I saw this film. After seeing it I would definitely watch her other films . Her role in the movie playing the mother was hilarious because anything that came out of her mouth was hilarious . When Rose and Seth were onscreen i couldn't take them seriously I would burst out laughing .
Overall hilarious performance .

Zac Efron : Gave such a great comedic performance to this role it was hilarious! He stole the film with his laugh out loud humour this role fit him perfectly . I have seen a fair amount of Efron films in the past but this one stands out as the best. I think he has a chance of getting a Oscar nomination for best actor . Why ? Because in 2011 Melissa McCarthy got a Oscar Nomination for best supporting actress for Bridesmaids . It could happen again and if it dose I would love to see this film be Zac's first nominated role . When you watch him in is film he shows he can really act with his stellar acting abilities . Overall best performance.

Dave Franco : gave the best supporting role I have seen all year ! Franco had to play the smart one but also have a sense of humour at the same time. Which is what he made look effortless . When Franco and Efron were on the screen together magic sparked the were great together . Again another hilarious performance from Franco .

Nicholas Stoller : He is becoming one of the greatest Comedic directors out their right next to Judd Apatow .  From his other comedic films such as the 2012 comedy The Five Year Engagement . To his other stuff like 2010's  Get Him to the  Greek .The way he directed this film made me remember of the humour from Animal House. It was crude humour that could bring you to tears . He brought his own flavour to this film . This film will be talked about for a very long time . Great directing .

The lighting was magnificent ! When they used the different lighting inside the frat house with the different colours with strobe lights was amazing  . The lighting was amazing great job!

The cinematography did a good job nothing eye popping but good . Good job.

The Soundtrack was music from popular artist like K'naan to Kesha 's catchy song Die Young . Great soundtrack I will be downloading this one  for sure .
