Movie Review : Mission : Impossible

Mission : Impossible
This film do you choose to accept it is a great film with a great performance by Tom Cruise being a badass as Ethan Hunt. This film is one of the best action films to come in years and one of the best action film franchises to ever come across the screen.

An a top secret organization known as the IMF dose a mission but Ethan one of the agents realizes the mission was setup and his entire team parishes in the assignment except for Ethan Hunt so Ethan must find out who the mole was

Rated PG - 13 : violence, language

Tom Cruise : Delivers a intense performance as the top secret agent Ethan Hunt. By this point in Tom's career he was just known for Top Gun and Risky Buisness but this film shot him into Superstardom to be in future films like Jerry Maguire and Born On The Forth Of July. What he brings to this role is great character development and an amazing emotional range. What I mean by character development is when you see Tom as this character in the film is you see different layers of him  progress from the beginning to the end. He shows ability to express anger and other emotions well through the dialogue and make it believable. That's what so enjoyable he was able to show different layers of emotions and ontop of that make his character so likeable you want to see him in more Mission films because when he's onscreen he entertains and steals the scene. Overall a terrific performance by Cruise.

Brian De Palma : Great film by a great director. Brian has directed some great films over the years such as The Untouchables, Scarface and Carrie. So when I heard he directed this film I knew it was going to be a great film with his vision. And he did a outstanding job executing brethtaking action sequences always topping the last while getting great performances from the cast. It's great that's what I love about his direction he always entertains he's a great storyteller. He brings great suspense and style to this great spy movie keeping you intrigued and caring about the characters. He stayed true to the television show which was awesome. Great direction once again great job Brian.

The Lighting : Great tones to this fast paced action film. It got incredibly bright at the intense action sequences. Then it would be grey and dark when it gets emotional I loved it great job guys.

The Cinematography : Theirs one action sequence in the first part of the film. And this big explosion happens I don't want to give to much away but the way they shot it is great. They made it slow down for a few seconds then speed up I loved it great job guys loved it.

The Score : The music they had in this film was outstanding. It really stayed true to the music that was in the show it was fast paced and got the adrenaline pumping in you. Such a adrenaline rush I loved every minute of it.
