Movie Review : Jurassic World
Jurassic World
This film was a thrill ride from start to finish! I am a fan of this franchise and was concerned if it was going to be a great sequel. Jurassic Park 3 left me with a bad taste in my mouth but then when I heard that it has been making a lot of money at the box office i said to myself this film could be a good sequel and oh my was it ever. The visual effects on the dinosaurs and just how they captured the audience with the sheer sparkling magical universe of Jurassic World. Definitely one of the best films I have seen all year. If you loved the landmark classic of the first film you will love this film.
It takes place twenty two years after the event of Jurassic Park and the park has improved itself hugely. It is called "Jurassic World" and their technology is so advanced that they can create dinosaurs and they do but this creature they make is strong and smart and escapes from it's exhibit. Will the people at Jurassic World live to tell the tale or will they be Dino food?
Rated PG -13 : for intense sequences of science-fiction violence and peril
Chris Pratt : Chris is a force to be reckoned with! Chris is a badass is this film he plays a dinosaur whisper in the film and he fit the role so well I couldn't Imagine anyone else plying this role. Since his role in Guardians Of The Galaxy he's launched him into superstardom. The way he plays this role is so entertaining he's able to play this serious character while being funny at the same time. He also can carry a action sequence very well making you feel like your in the middle of the action. From his costume to the way he delivers his dialogue he plays the character so well. And showing sides of emotions we haven't seen before which is great is shows Chris is able to show his different shades of emotions while providing great layers to the character. I hope theirs a sequel to this film so we can see him reprise this great character once again overall a fantastic performance.
Colin Trevorrow : He gave great direction to a fantastic franchise! I was so afraid that he wouldn't be able to deliver good direction for what we saw with Jurassic Park 3 from the other director. But Colin showed us why we fell in love with Jurassic in the first place. With stunning visual effects on the dinosaurs to the breathtaking sets of the park it was outstanding. He delivered pulse pounding action sequences along with great chemistry with the cast and an intriguing plot. He gave a fantastic sequel if their is to be another Jurassic World Colin needs to be at the helm of it because he did this film justice it was brilliant top notch direction. Overall great direction.
The Lighting : brilliant lighting tones for this film! It felt bright but not to bright it had this rich feel to the picture that made it feel sharp and makes you feel like your in the middle of the action. Great job guys outstanding job.
The Cinematography : stunning amazing shots! This film provided close ups puts you right in the middle action. Every scene you feel like your with them it gets the adrenaline pumping in you. The shot at the end of the film is spectacular all the shots are wonderful Great job guys breathless angles. Cinematography at it's best.
The Score : It was majestic and magical! To sum up the music used in this film it was riveting intense and gets you wrapped up in every aspect of the film. It fit the picture perfectly I loved it.
