Movie Review : Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire

Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire
This film In my opinion is the best out of the franchise. This film has action and suspense some romance and some laughs what more do you want in a movie?

Harry comes back for his 4th year at Hogwarts and is chosen for the Tri- Wizard Tournament. Where he has to face three dangerous tasks.

Rated PG - 13: frightening images and some violence

Daniel Radcliffe : Daniel gives once again another entertaining performance as Potter. In this one he stepped up his acting. Since the subject matter in this film is a big more serious. Potter's character is more on edge and tense. Which is what Daniel portrayed onscreen. The emotion he shows is outstanding. He is so stressed out about the tournament and if he will live and on the other hand he's a teenager who's trying to ask out girls so you really see him blossom and mature in this one. Another great performance by Daniel.

Rupert Grint : once again he gives another great performance as Ron. Grint is hardly in this film this time since this one is all about Potter. Ron shows up here and their but isn't in it that much. The thing I loved about his performance is he gave a great emotional performance in that short span of time he was in the film. He's gotten more serious which I love seeing. I think he's better acting wise when he's serious then comedic because that's when his acting abilities really shine through. I loved his performance.

Emma Watson : She gave another entertaining performance once again. In this film she is the one who transitions the most. She goes from being treated as a young girl to a young woman. In this one you see her love life blossom a bit which was great. The emotion she brings to the role this time was she's smart and will study her brains out but she also knows how to have fun. She did a great job at portraying that onscreen the expressions on her face and how she delivered the dialogue  made it more convincing.Overall I loved her performance.

David Yates : Brilliant direction for a great film. Mike created the perfect balance of fantasy and a serious tone into the film. At parts it would be really upbeat and bright then go into some really intense action sequence. He got great performances out of his actors. The beautiful design of the costumes and sets were wonderful it  made the scene come to life. He did great direction I loved it.

The Lighting : It felt bright but not to bright but also had a darker tone. So it felt like the perfect tone to the film. Great job guys.

The Cinematography : When Potter is on the first challenge with the dragon when he's flying on his broom.  It felt like you were flying with him it was fantastic. I loved it.

The Score : The score felt trumpet it was the perfect score for this picture. At the upbeat moments it felts really joyful and positive them goes low key at serious moments in the film. I loved it.
