Movie Review : Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets

Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets
Once again this film delivers. The magic and mystery rises in this film. You lean more about Hogwarts and it's secrets. This film has more of a darker tone then the first one. The performances and chemistry that Daniel, Emma&Rupert brought was brilliant. Overall this film is an entertaining film that lives up to your expectations.

Harry Potter comes back for another year at Hogwarts. But things have changed at Hogwarts since what happened last time . The danger has gotten more serious. Will Potter find out the mystery that's hidden within Hogwarts or will Hogwarts close?

Rated PG : Some frightening images and mild language

Daniel Radcliffe : Hs steps his performance up brilliantly. The way he brings a more serious tone to his performance shined through his serious acting abilities. Which is great to watch because he just consumes himself I'm the role. So when he delivers the dialogue you believe him because he makes it so convincing. His acting was Incredible in this film. I loved his performance.

Rupert Grint :  He delivers once again another great performance as Ron. Rupert steps up his acting in this film. He has more scenes in this film then the last film which is great. He's also serious like Daniel and not  as funny. But he also has his good amount of laughs in the film. The thing I love about Rupert is he keeps on improving his performance every single time which is brilliant. He's just great fun to have onscreen. He gave once again another great  performance.

Emma Watson :  She delivers another memorable performance as Miss Granger. When Emma Watson is onscreen she just gives her all. Once again she entertains us with her skill and makes us laugh with her dry humor. Emma explores Grangers emotions throughout the series you see her character develop these different  emotions which is great. So you get to see all sides of her character which is fantastic. Her performance was once again another entertaining one. I loved it great performance.

Chris Columbus : He once again executes another perfect film. To me the sequel is the hardest to do because you need to show how the characters have developed or changed since the first one. And also you need to make it bigger and better. So theirs high expectations and Chris dose a great job at entertaining you once again. The sets once again were huge and very beautifully crafted. When you watch the series you can see the hard work they put into each film. Chris got great  performances out of his actors once again. He had a darker tone for this film but he didn't loose the sense that it's a Potter film and should be filled with magic and mystery he doesn't loose that which I think is brilliant. He did a great job once again great job Chris.

The Lighting : It was darker! When you see the Warner Bros logo at the beginning of the film it gets darker and only gets more darker throughout the series. The lighting choice for this film was brilliant. Great job guys.

The cinematography : The scenes that take place in the Chamber was fantastic and how they shot makes you part of the experience. Great job guys.

The Score : John Williams did another great score. John shows the dark side to the film through his music at parts it's very low and then goes loud. And also at times it just feels magical. I loved how Williams did a different score then I'm usually used to hearing and just see him experiment with different sounds was great. I loved the score.
