Movie Review : Tropic Thunder

Tropic Thunder.                                    
 This film is one of the best Drama/Comedy film I have ever seen! The brilliant performance by Downey Jr was Phenomenal as portraying a African American . The film had  little gags of making jokes at such classic war films such as The Deer Hunter,Platoon it was hilarious . Best comedic performance by Tom Cruise he was hilarious . This film is the War film of Blazing Saddles! 

This tells the story of Modern day Actors making a war film . But when the director wants to make it more realistic he puts them in real life situations .

Rated R: Gory violence , Strong language , Sexual references   

Ben Stiller : Delivered once again another great comedic performance ! He wrote / Directed/ Stared in it.   He is the Woody Allen of this generation . The way he got the comedic laughs to flow and not for it to not feel forced how it came organically was great . The sets,costumes , acting all fell into place . Loved the performance 

Robert Downey Jr: His performance in this film was astonishing ! At one point I didn't think it was Robert because of the makeup and voice . His best preference since Chaplin. The emotional motive was so good it was hilarious . I loved Robert&Ben on screen together they were amazing the humour was just their. Loved the performance. He should do more comedic performances because he is 
hilarious when he was onscreen i couldn't stop laughing . Loved the performance ! 

Jack Black : Another comedic performance by Black hilarious as always. The performance by  Black was great because he is one of the main roles but to have such little scenes  in the film and do a great job! That's truly great. Great job!

Tom Cruise : Best performance he has ever done ! The way he portrayed this character was he didn't play this character he lives the character which made for a better performance . Oscar Worthy! The makeup they used on him was great because it didn't look like Cruise but once you got a better look your like oh my god. Great job Tom!

Ben Stiller : The writing & directing was brilliant . The way he executed the story and made the humour funny and fresh was great. Stiller's is going to make another great film  . I feel the future holds great projects for stiller in the future . Great job!

The Lighting : it felt like your Blockbuster War/Drama nothing special . Great job guys !

The Cinematography : nothing special . Great job .

The Soundtrack : it was music from popular artist . I highly recommended you download it!
