Movie Review : Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2
This film was a great update into the world of Tony Stark once again. They tried to hard to make this one as good as the first instead of trying to improve itself . Which is why this film isn't my favorite out of the franchise But still is a great film .

The world now knows Tony's identity as "Iron Man" .While he is dealing with the responsibilities he has with putting on that suit And with his  health. A menacing man is on the rise for revenge for Stark named Ivan who had ties with his fathers legacy.

Rated PG - 13 : sequences of intense sci-fi action and violence, and some language

Robert Downey Jr : He delivered once again a stylish portrayal as the millionaire playboy Tony Stark. The sarcastic humor and emotion he puts into this character is incredible . He is so entertaining once he's onscreen you can't take your eyes off him because he has amazing acting abilities he is able to execute brilliantly onscreen. In this one he's more serious then happy and they way he showed that onscreen was great . The look on his face was so serious he did a very conniving performance in this film. Another great performance by Downey Jr.

Gwyneth Paltrow : Her performance in the film was better then the first because she was more involved then just being a character who just appeared in a few scenes . In this one she's really like the person who is next to Stark through this whole thing which I loved. The spirit and charisma she brings to this wonderful written character is great. The sparkling dialogue she speaks to the emotion she puts in the character is amazing it's all their I loved this performance .

Mickey Rourke :  His preform was so powerful and menacing . The way he portrayed this dark and unpredictable character was so believable onscreen. He really got himself into this role I always say the villain should be as entertaining as it's hero and this villain definitely lives up to my expectations . When Rourke&Robert were in a scene together the acting vibes felt so natural and organic it was great I loved this performance .

Jon Favreau : He gave a entertaining picture but had some holes in the story . The acting was sharp the set pieces were beautiful. It's just that the film's storyline didn't entertain me I felt it was trying to hard to rekindle the magic from the first installment. With big action sequences and sarcastic humor don't get me wrong I love the picture it's just create something that we haven't seen before like The Matrix Reloaded. That picture was the sequel to the first and it showed a update on the characters without trying to imitate the first but still entertaining the audience with materiel they haven't seen before which I loved . That's what I think he should do next time he dose a project like this if it ever leads to a sequel . I love the picture Jon just fix that and you have a fantastic picture .

The Lighting : It was your average blockbuster superhero movie big and bright .  Great Job guys.

The Cinematography : This had some mentionable shots in the film. When Stark is on the track I won't say what but on a track it felt like you were their experiencing it with him I loved it.

The Score : It was a very well done beautiful score once again it was loud at the action sequences and low for the low key moments . I loved how they knew when to switch the mood in the music at the right time and which type of music the should use in that moment was genuis.
