Movie Man Darian Watching All Night Long

R.I.P.D.
This film deserved the title it got it stands for worst film and ripoff of a film I have seen. This film is such a ripoff of the beloved Men In Black film franchise . This film was trying so hard it make it like the MIB series and tried to get the audience to like them . The lousy acting by Ryan was so boring and over dramatic on so many levels I started falling asleep. I just feel that the Ghostbusters should come back and capture this film and put them in their containment unit.

When a Officer gets shot on the line of duty he gets sent to the RIPD and is hired to Work and protect the living from the dead.

Rated PG - 13 : crude humor , violence throughout & some language

Ryan Reynolds : He was way to over dramatic and was trying to captivate the advance with this lousy performance  and it just didn't work . The only award he deserved was a razzie. This is the most disappointing performance since the Green Lantern (2011).

Jeff Bridges : I was very surprised Jeff would do a film like this . Well he did a film similar like this a while ago called TRON : Legacy . It was a good movie visually beautiful but that's another story. His performance in this film was good just at moments had some cheesy dialogue . This performance is what kept the film intact . He's like the glue that kept the picture from falling apart.

Kevin Bacon : I would first like to say I like Kevin Bacon in films such as A Few Good Men and few other films. But this Bacon didn't sizzle for me . He just didn't have any good acting scenes or dialogue in the film . He was just not needed even in the movie . They could of hired Michael Fassbender to be in this Picture. Someone who would fit the bill for the movie not Kevin bacon . I like my bacon cooked not burned .

Robert Schwentke : He has directed some good films like Red (2010) . But this film was not in any sense a good film. It was poorly written , badly located & Cast the wrong actors . The film is based on a graphic novel you could of used that as your guide for the picture . Kick - Ass did they used the comic to guide them for the movie and it turned out to make a wonderful picture the sequel is another story.
What I'm saying is if you stayed true to the novel and not gone off and try to rip off Men In Black . You could of had a marvelous film.

The Lighting : Was your average Big Blockbuster Picture.

The Cinematography :  it felt like I was in Honda trying to keep up with the actors . The camera angles were so slow and lacked interest .

The Score : It felt like I have heard it before . It didn't shake my soul awake it sang it asleep. More effort next time would be nice .
