Movie Man Darian Watching All Night Long

This is the best show of 2016! This is a fantastic show that grabs your attention and will get you hooked on the series once you start it. It is a genius show it is an original concept show that hasn't been done before along with great styles of horror and si-fi. Not only is the story and style of it good the cast is marvellous the performances is fantastic along with the chemistry the cast shares with each other onscreen is electric. It feels like the goonies and E.T. It is a amazing show that everyone should check out this is one of the best show I've seen in years.

One night a bunch of boys named will, mike, Dustin and Lucas are playing dungeons and dragons and after the game is done the next day Will is not to be seen and the next day and day after where is he where did he go or the question is who took him? 

Rated PG - 13 : for intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence including bloody images, thematic material, language, some sexual content, and teen drinking.

Winona Ryder : Winona Gives the best performance of her career with her tremendous work in this series! Ryder hasn't really been working for the past while and was nice to see her be in a serious dramatic driven role because she's shown us she can act in the dramatic genre before. Her work in this is truly amazing In the show she plays a mother trying to find her child and will go to any lengths to get him back. The way she played that sheer emotional impact of the character was phenomenal she was one hundred percent committed to her character and performance and was giving her all in every frame she was in. The emotion she delivers is fantastic you see her descent deeper and deeper into a depressed and desperate state when she hasn't found her son and Ryder would be screaming in a scene with such anger in her eyes and intensity in her tone of voice. Her raw emotion felt so real like she believed what she was saying it didn't feel like it was acted it felt very real and genuine. She's fantastic in this show showcasing her great talent as an actor and showing everyone that she can give a scene stealing performance as she has with her work in this show. She just became this character she went under the skin of this character and you forgot it's her you see the character and that's great that's how transformative she is in this show. Overall Ryder delivers the best performance of her career.

David Harbour : David Delivers one of the best supporting performance I've seen in tv series. David is a character actor with work in films like suicide Squad and Black Mass to name a few so we haven't really seen him excel in a big dramatic role. David showcases top notch acting with his work in this show. David harbour plays a  Chief  with a broken and tortured soul. The way that he was able to execute that onscreen was brilliant. Harbour channeled this side to him we haven't seen before which was great to see. He really went deep emotionally to give a rich supporting performance in this show. When he talks with such authority and serious tone you believe him like you feel he believes what he's saying which feels real and genuine. He's so good in this show showing the multiple layers of his character and performance his work in this show has gone unnoticed and he should really get more attention for his great work in this show. The way he talks and walks he is all Their he is completely his character overall David Harbour delivers the best performance of his career. 

Charlie Heaton : Charlie is outstanding in this show! I have not heard of this actor or seen any of his other work after seeing him in this show I'll check out all of his other work. Reason why because he is truly magnificent in this show. He plays the brother of kid who goes missing in the show and he shows layers of emotion of desperation and anger and he executes it so well onscreen. He's such a quiet character but when he talks he's perfect in every scene the chemistry he shared with Ryder in the show was fantastic I bought them as mother and son and when they were in a scene together the acting from both of them was pure perfection. Charlie gives a fantastic performance that has not been getting any recognition and he deserves it. He dazzles the screen with his fantastic acting abilities and the raw emotional range he delivers to his character and performance overall a truly fantastic supporting performance from Charlie. 

Millie Bobby Brown : Millie is a force to be reckoned with a superb performance that steals the show! Millie bobby brown is 12 years old and gives one of the best performances I've seen from a female actor ever. She has played in little roles in modern family and her other show Intruders which I will check out after seeing her in this. She hardly even speaks yet she gives the best performance of the show next to Ryder. She says little dialogue but showcases her performance through her emotional depth and body language which is no easy task to do but yet she makes it look effortless. She's so captivating onscreen theirs not one minute when your not looking at her she steals every scene she's in her emotion is brilliant. She can be quiet and sweet and then be screaming and crying and it's heartbreaking but her range is incredible. For such a young age to deliver all of this is so rare she's so real onscreen she talent that will take her far she truly was her character I loved every part of her performance overall Millie delivers one of the best female performances I've ever seen. 

The Duffer Brothers : The Duffer brothers are modern day genius visionary filmmakers! They were able to for once give the audience a original concept show with great style of si-fi and mystery without it feeling copied at all. Surrounding it with fantastic performances from the entire cast executing as well great storytelling and amazing onscreen chemistry from everyone on this show. The direction that was shown in this show was masterful work and should be noticed overall the Duffer Brothers showcases a great show and cannot wait to see what they do next with this great show overall excellent direction from these modern day visionaries. 

The Lighting : the tone and coloured tone expressed throughout the series was very well done. It felt very rich gold colour and yellowish it felt very vibrant and colourful with how the would expires the Lighting throughout the series. It fit the tone and made the frame pop out and really fit the time period it's in the 80's. As well it was able to capture great dark tones in the more emotional scenes with colours of grey and black it was incredibly well done Lighting loved it. 

The Cinematography : the shots were fantastic! The landscape shots they would use in the show felt very well captured and smooth long shots that would let the scene play out without cutting to multiple angles I liked that. It was very well shot overall I loved the camerawork on this show it's fantastic. 

The Score : The Score is pure genius! The story takes place in the 80's and the music really makes it feel like it. It just had this nostalgic feel through the Score that worked perfectly and was greatly pieced together. It felt very fast at times and the use of electric sounds used was fantastic it just really was perfect of getting the scene and tone beat for beat of great composed music. Overall truly amazing composed music used in this show.
